  • Shake the bottle well before every use.
  • Fill the glass dropper to your desired amount (1/2 - 1 full dropper)
    • You can take up to 5 full droppers daily (100mg of hemp oil) of Sport Drops if you feel you really need it. Everybody & every body is different.
  • Drop the oil directly under your tongue and let it sit there for 30-60 seconds before swallowing.

• If you are an avid exerciser and/or have consistent pain and inflammation that you'd like to naturally reduce*, you can really take Sport Drops any time of the day - as long as you ingest it daily you should have plenty of hemp and anti-inflammatory oils flowing through your body.
